1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover (as well as Shopify Payments & Amazon Payments).

2. I ordered the wrong item/size, can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item, contact our customer service team with your request (the quickest way to do so is via phone: 612.701.7334).

3. How do I check my order status?

You’ll receive an email upon your order being placed, this email has all of your shipping details as well as tracking information & details on contacting our customer support team if your questions are still unanswered.

4. Can I cancel my order?

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer FREE returns within 30 days of your purchase. We recommend you contact customer support for detailed instructions on returns & exchanges. We’re happy to walk you through the process & help get you what you need!

6. Is shipping really free?

YES (within the United States. Unfortunately we cannot offer free international shipping).

7. Where is your stuff made?

It's all made in the U.S.A.
